Hannah Langenfeld is a journalist currently working as an Operations Fellow with The Barbed Wire. She builds and publishes newsletters and articles, contributes stories, assists with grant research and writing, and fact-checks and copy-edits investigative stories.

 

She was awarded the 2025 David Carr Scholarship to attend the Power of Narrative Conference in Boston and is now based in Washington, D.C.

 

For a career, Langenfeld plans to work as a foreign correspondent, with an interest in how policy affects women on the ground in war and conflict zones.​​​
